Selected candidates will be invited to a preliminary interview, on the basis of which the most
potential candidates will be chosen to participate in our competence assessment.
Usually, one or
more candidates will be introduced to the client. A written report will be made of each presented
candidate to ease the future co-operation. Each candidate who has taken part in the process will
