Advertised Selection
Advertised Selection works both as an efficient form of recruitment and as an important organisational image builder on the market. It suits well for situations in which the target group of candidates is large or difficult to distinguish. At its best, Advertised Selection is also fast. On the basis of a professionally planned advertisement in selected media, candidates can contact our consultants for more information before sending in their written application. Selected candidates will be invited to a preliminary interview, on the basis of which the most potential candidates will be chosen to participate in our competence assessment. Usually, one or more candidates will be introduced to the client. A written report will be made of each presented candidate to ease the future co-operation. Each candidate who has taken part in the process will be given feedback on the assessment. We offer our clients theoretical as well as practical knowledge based on the behavioural and organisational sciences.

Executive Search
There are situations in which our clients want to have an opportunity to approach candidates who most likely would not reply to newspaper advertisements. Or the client wants to conduct the recruitment process unpublished and confidentially. In these situations Executive Search is an excellent method of recruitment. In Executive Search, a consultant who is familiar with the client's situation looks for candidates that meet the criteria established with the client. These criteria define the characteristics that are essential in succeeding in the position. From the selected candidates we screen the best through interviews and competence assessment, and they are presented to the client who then makes the final decision. In Executive Search, the group of potential candidates can be targeted precisely. Only candidates who are contacted by us know about the opening. We are committed to finding candidates that meet the job criteria, which means we will continue search until a decision is made.
